SHIPPING POLICY

We know you are excited to get your new purchase,  so we get to work immediately processing your order!

We are unable to combine shipping on mulitple orders or offer shipping refunds. 


Shipping cost is $5.95 USPS FIRST CLASS or $6.95 PRIORITY (weight based) anywhere in the USA . FREE SHIP OVER $100 

Cancelations are accepted if the item has not shipped.

Please be sure you are purchasing the correct items and sizes with the correct shipping information as we are not able to alter an order once our fulfillment center has begun fulfilling orders even if your tracking does not show movement yet. 

If you notice a discrepancy on your order, please email us at hello@remiegirl.com within ONE hour of placing the order. We get to work processing orders very quickly and cannot guarantee that we will be able to intervene before processing, but we will do our best! 

You should expect your order to ship within 3-5 business days, unless noted otherwise. 

Changing your address at anytime within your account after you have placed your order will NOT change the existing shipment information. You will need to notify customer service prior to shipment. 

Once your order has been processed you will receive an email providing you with a USPS tracking number. Tracking may halt movement in pre-shipment,  fulfillment,  distribution center and/or post office, please allow 5 additional business days for package to begin moving again.  

If your package says that it has been delivered, but you cannot find it, please first verify your given address then give your local post office (not the 1-800 number) a call. They have access to exact GPS coordinates where your driver delivered the package, which can help you locate your package's whereabouts.

REMIE GIRL under no circumstances is responsible for lost or stolen packages once there has been a delivery confirmation for that tracking number we are unable to issue a refund of any kind. You will need to file a claim with the USPS 

International Shipping: When you order merchandise from another country, you are required to pay customs to bring the item into the country, it is your country's sales tax. We cannot declare your package as a gift as it is illegal in the United States. The customer is responsible for any customs expenses. If an international package is returned to our facility we will be unable to resend and the price of the product only will be refunded at that time.

Please know that we do occasionally experience oversold items as we reach end of available inventory, particularly on Clearance or Sale items. We will inform you if this impacts your order.

***  UPDATE Unfortunately due to a high percentage of non delivery to international areas we have restricted our shipping to AUSTRALIA, TAIWAN, SINGAPORE, UK AND CANADA at this time. Please contact us with any questions.
