What is your shipping policy?

All items ship within 3-5 days of purchase not including holidays or weekends. USPS first class (multiple items typically ship priority) this is subject to change due to promotions or high volume sale days. 

Will I receive a tracking number?

YES! Please check spam or junk if you did not receive a tracking email, or double check the email used with your order. 


What is the return policy?

Can I exchange my item for another color or size?

No, unfortunately we do not have the ability to process exchanges. Our inventory sells out and rotates very quickly making it almost impossible to accommodate exchanges. We suggest purchasing the desired size or color if it is available and returning the other if it falls within the policy terms.

What If I purchased and then there was a sale?

We are happy to honor permanently reduced sale prices to orders placed 3 days prior  *unique temporary promotions and sale prices do not apply 

Do you combine shipping?

Unfortunately fulfillment is unable to combine shipping.


Do you ship internationally?

YES! See shipping rates at checkout. Please be advised Remie Girl is not responsible for non delivery due to international policies and under no circumstances will refund. If you have concerns PLEASE feel free to email us!

Are your products customizable?

No.  All products are ready to ship.

We have recently partnered with AfterPay to allow our customers in the continental United States the option to split their transaction total into four easy installments. Your order will process as normal with no shipment delays and will be subject to all of our current Policies. For more information, please refer to AfterPay's help section on their site!

AfterPay accepts Visa and Mastercard cards and collects the first installment at checkout and then charges your payment method every 2 weeks, for four equal installments. You can pay off early or change your payment method by logging into your AfterPay dashboard and selecting the “Pay Now” Button.


Q: What is AfterPay?
A: AfterPay is a payment method that allows you to split your transaction total into 4 installments for NO FEE; the first is paid at checkout and your order processes like a standard order and ships with no delays. Your order will be subject to our current policies. 

Q: How long does it take to pay off my AfterPay charge?

Q: Can I use my Discover or American Express card?
A: Unfortunately at this time, AfterPay only supports Visa and Mastercard

 

Q: Can I return my Afterpay order? 

A: Yes! However all Afterpay returns will incur a $7 convenience fee deducted from the return value.
