Either it’s LOVE or return it! We are happy to provide one courtesy prepaid return label per order upon request although please note each item returned will incur a restocking fee of $3/item deducted from the refund value.
Unfortunately courtesy international returns are not available at this time.

Our quality USA made collections are shipped out of Arizona, custom printed, cut and sewn in California all by human hands. Hence, they are also subject to human error. In which case if returns become necessary please feel free to contact us first!

POLICY: You may return any item within 14 days of delivery, as long as it is unworn/unwashed and in the original packaging including an order number with receipt or proof of purchase. We can not return/refund second hand purchases made from a third party.
Labels are active for 10 days.
Returns must be processed no more than 14 days from delivery date and under no circumstances will be considered for a refund or credit exceeding that time frame.
Sizing for current collections will be comparable to the current size charts. Due to the handmade nature of our products previous styles and collections may vary from current sizes. We do not offer size related exchanges, that is the responsibility of the buyer. Please use our size charts to make the correct selection.
Returns can take up to 10 days once received to process and reflect on bank statements. Refunds will be credited to the card used at the time of purchase only and can not be transferred.
Shoes are not eligible for returns
Returns with animal hair, smoke or other strong smells or have the appearance of wash/wear will under no circumstances be considered for a refund and Remie Girl will not incur costs to return the item to the buyer.
Sale items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for exchanges, returns, refunds or store credits.
DEFECTIVE: It is the buyers responsibility to inspect the garment for defects prior to wash and wear. Damaged or defective product must be reported within 14 days of delivery and remain unwashed/unworn to be eligible for replacement or refund. To receive an original shipping refund the defect must have been discussed including photos, prior to returning with customer service via email.
Defective Discounts will not be offered on damaged or defective items it must be returned to receive a replacement, store credit or refund. **All defects are handled individually. Policy on defective items is subject to change at any time.
Q: Can I return my Afterpay order?
A: Yes! However all Afterpay returns will incur a $7 convenience fee deducted from the return value.
