CHANGES & EXCHANGES

 Because our collections are limited and inventory comes and goes quickly you will go about an exchange by purchasing the desired item and return or cancel the unwanted one for a refund.

Placing a new order for the desired item ensures that we do not sell out before we receive your return. Then simply send back the other item for a refund as long as it fits the criteria of the return policy. 

Size selection is the responsibility of the buyer please follow our easy exchange policy above to replace, size up or size down. 

Please be sure you are purchasing the correct items and sizes with the correct shipping information as we are not able to alter an order once our fulfillment center has begun fulfilling orders even if your tracking does not show movement yet. 

If you notice a discrepancy on your order, please email us at hello@remiegirl.com within ONE hour of placing the order. We get to work processing orders very quickly and cannot guarantee that we will be able to intervene before processing, but we will do our best!
