Welcome to REMIE GIRL!

After having two boys I was lucky enough to have a daughter Remie (above). She is our company's name sake and the sweetest sassiest peach ever. 

Having never sewn or owned a sewing machine, I developed an itch to make her unique one-of-a-kind clothing. I began teaching myself to sew and after the shortest learning curve ever decided to recruit my crazy talented mom Dana (and now partner) who comes from a long line of talented seamstresses to help. 

She challenged me to develop a prototype. I soon patched together something that resembled a romper which would later become our #1 selling item.

We would spend time cutting assembling and sewing in our kitchen often times with the help of my husband and offer our pieces each weekend in a flash sale on Instagram.

A large portion of our popularity, follower base and loyal customers originates from those sales. Twenty months later having been in the handmade market for less than two years and bringing on the assistance of 12 talented seamstresses all of which were stay at home moms, we are now proudly manufacturing our dresses in the USA to keep up with the demand of our amazing customers.

Our goal has always been comfort & quality. Our dresses are uniquely lined in every bodice to ensure extra coverage. The neck and arms are seamlessly finished to avoid friction or discomfort, as well as provide a gorgeous design. We have also worked relentlessly to provide a level skirt with the maximum gather and twirl possible.

We are proud to partner with amazing manufacturers in the US that provide fair wages and conditions.

All of our designs are made by us. Each and every prototype conceived, hand-drawn and designed in house first.

We feel extremely fortunate to have built our foundation in the handmade space. We have a full comprehension of design, pattern making/grading, construction, production, sales, promotion, shipping, customer service and all other elements that go into running a small family business.

We value our customers above all else and our goal is to provide a product in all it's forms that YOU and HER will LOVE and want to come back for again and again!
